At Valentino & Vincent, every timepiece is crafted with precision, care, and timeless design.
However, if your order does not meet your expectations, we gladly accept returns under the following conditions:
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer (unless the product arrived damaged or defective).
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you need to exchange your product for the same model, please contact our support team.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
Our team will review your case and provide a replacement at no extra cost.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Gift cards
Final sale or clearance items
Custom or personalized watches
